Chimichurri (Makes about 1 1/2 cups)
Ingredientes:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of small diced onions
1/4 cup of diced parsley
Adjust the following to personal flavor
1 spoonful of fine diced garlic
1 spoonful of salt
1 spoonful of black pepper
1/2 spoonful of dried oregano
1/4 spoonful of garlic powder

Directions:
- Combine all the ingredientes.
- Mix them all well.
- Let them all rest for 2-3 hours
- Chimichurri tastes great on asado!
